Student Perceptions and Adaptations to Quality Assurance of Education Services During the 2019 Corona Pandemic

This study examines student perceptions of the quality assurance education services so that they can adapt during Covid-19 pandemic. Using qualitative research methods positivistic approach. The subjects were determined purposively, namely 53 students sociology. type data collected is quantitative and qualitative, using closed open questionnaires with google form facilities, supported by documents. Likert scale 1-5 as a means measuring positive negative criteria. Tangible, emphaty, responsibility, reliability, are indicators Quality Assurance Education Services. While adaptation process, goals, integration, efforts to maintain continuity relationship adaptation. Data analysis was done descriptively. results prove there 47.17% who have perception educational services, but no one thinks it not good, in fact category good (39,62%), even very (37,74%), lowest quite (22,64%). assessment because socialization process perfect, carried out all campus components related internationalization institutional character integration Islamic values being pursued, aware limitations ongoing services. what makes able online learning models administrative processes taking place era covid-19
